Many restaurant and shop owners get tricked into buying a $15–$25 static yellow plastic card or wooden stand (Amazon, AliExpress, or local agencies). Here is the brutal reality of why dumb plastic ruins Google rankings — and why Renomex is an unstoppable revenue machine.
A dumb plastic card sends 100% of customers straight to public Google Maps. If a diner had cold food, slow service, or a billing dispute, they tap the card and immediately post a permanent 1-star review. You literally paid money to invite angry customers to destroy your Google rating.
Google’s search algorithm penalizes local businesses that fail to respond to customer reviews within 24 hours. A piece of plastic cannot write responses. After an exhausting 14-hour shift, no chef or owner has the energy to type custom replies. They fall behind and vanish from local search.
A plastic card sitting on a table only reaches the tiny 5% of diners who notice it today. It is completely blind to the 2,000+ past customers who already visited your business over the past 2 years. It produces a slow, unpredictable trickle while competitors zoom ahead.

Who cannot
Google does not allow a Business Profile for online-only businesses with no in-person contact, lead-generation companies that pass customers to someone else, rental or for-sale properties, or virtual offices you do not actually work from. Without a Business Profile there is nowhere for the reviews to go, so Renomex cannot help those businesses.

Renomex is a review management tool for local business — dentists, garages, restaurants, salons, clinics, shops. The kind of business whose next customer decides on the strength of what the last one wrote.
It exists because most happy customers never leave a review. They meant to. They forgot. Meanwhile the one person who had a bad afternoon writes three paragraphs the same evening. Renomex closes that gap by asking everyone, at the right moment, in their own language.
We are deliberately small and deliberately narrow. Renomex does not post to social media, run your advertising, or build your website. It asks for reviews and it routes them properly. That is the whole product.
Write to a person, not a form. We answer.
This page explains what Renomex does with personal data. It is written plainly on purpose.
For a business using Renomex: the account holder's name, business name, email address and billing details. For that business's customers: the name and contact address the business gives us in order to send a review request, plus the rating and any comment that customer chooses to submit.
The business is the controller of its own customer data. Renomex is the processor, acting on that business's instructions. The business is responsible for having a lawful basis to contact its customers; we provide the tools to record consent and to stop contacting anyone who asks.
Where the GDPR applies you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to privacy@renomex.app and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Review requests and responses are kept while the account is active and for a limited period afterwards, unless deletion is requested sooner. Customers who opt out are recorded on a suppression list so they are not contacted again.
Renomex sends review requests on behalf of a business and routes the responses. Subscriptions run monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
Accounts found doing any of the above are closed without refund. This is not negotiable — the entire value of the product depends on the reviews being genuine.
We will keep the service running, keep your data confidential, and tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you. We do not promise a particular number of reviews or any specific rating — that depends on your customers.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Yes. Asking a real customer for an honest review is permitted by Google and by every major platform. What is not permitted is paying for reviews, offering a discount in exchange for one, writing them yourself, or filtering who gets asked based on how happy you think they are. Renomex asks every customer the same question and never rewards a particular answer.
No, and we will not build it. Sending only happy customers to Google is called review gating, and Google's own policy prohibits merchants from discouraging negative reviews or selectively soliciting positive ones. Businesses caught doing it can have reviews removed and a warning banner placed on their listing. Renomex sends every customer to Google, whatever they think. The private note is offered to everyone alongside, never instead.
We do not publish a number, because any figure we invented would be worthless to you. What is well established across the industry is that asking at all, soon after the visit, produces far more reviews than not asking. How many you get depends on your customers and your business.
No. They receive a message, tap a link, tap a star. No account, no app, no password, nothing to download. The whole interaction is one screen.
Three tiers, monthly, cancel any time — and two price bands, because what a business can pay differs across Europe. Prices and the launch offer are on the pricing page. No setup fee and no contract.
You can export your reviews and customer list at any time while your account is active. After cancellation the data is kept for a limited period so you can change your mind, then deleted. It is never sold or reused.
Add Renomex to your Home Screen or Desktop for instant 1-tap review telemetry, offline shell resilience, and lightning-fast client checkouts.
